Dubai
Martin Kaymer 8-1: Has an incredible record out here 3 top 4 finishes out of four. His average for the course is under 70 and will be looking to bounce back up the world leaderboard. Horses for course for this one!! Top 10 last week too which means he is in fine form.
Rory McIlroy 4-1: Won here in 2009 finished second in Abu Dhabi 2 weeks ago, apart from a silly rule which cost him 2 shots would have won the event. This tournament is a two horse race IMO. Rory gave last week's Qatar Masters a miss too which would hopefully mean he spent the week on the range and not comforting his girlfriend after loosing the number 1 spot!!!
Both a bit short but ill eat my shorts is neither are in contention comin up the home stretch
Pebble Beach
John Mallinger 66-1: This is his home state and stated he has played here a lot as an amateur, his recent performance in finishing tied second in The Humana Championship three weeks suggests he coming into form. He has top four finishes here in 2007 and 2008 all which points to be a big price contender this week.
DJ Trahan 66-1: Superb finish last week with a 66/64 to finish forth, if he keeps that up he'll go close this week, he's coming into form has top 10 finishes here in 09 and 10.
All these 1pt each way punts except rory 2pt win
